03
Who we are
Clinical care, delivered to your door.
Respyre sells CPAP, BiPAP, mechanical ventilators and high-flow oxygen equipment across Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Every setup is done in your home by a licensed respiratory therapist, not shipped to your door and left for you to figure out.
We carry ResMed and Yuwell for sleep therapy, and coordinate rental and purchase for mechanical ventilators and high-flow machines through a qualified enquiry.

04
The care model
Five steps, one respiratory therapist.
01
Inquire
You reach out about your situation and what you need.
02
Prescription
We ask for your physician's prescription and recommend machines that fit your budget.
03
Delivery
Once confirmed, we deliver the machine directly to your home.
04
Fitting
Our RT tests the machine and fits your mask, adjusting for fit and comfort on the spot.
05
Follow-up
We stay in touch and follow up until everything is working the way it should.
Delivery day
What actually happens when we arrive.
Your RT sets the machine up in the room you'll actually use it in, walks through the humidifier and tubing, and fits your mask, checking for a tight seal without over-tightening the headgear.
If the mask feels wrong, too tight, too loose, leaking at the bridge of the nose, we adjust it there and then. The visit doesn't end until it's comfortable.

06
Section one
Sleep therapy
Seven machines from ResMed and Yuwell, each set up in your home by a licensed respiratory therapist.

07
CPAP and BiPAP, plainly
Two ways of delivering pressure.
CPAP
One continuous pressure, all night. The simpler, quieter option for most people.
BiPAP
Two pressure levels: a higher one to breathe in against, a lower one to breathe out against.
Which one
Your physician determines which is appropriate for you.

08
Every CPAP and BiPAP purchase
The machine is only part of what you get.
Every CPAP and BiPAP we sell includes the machine, a humidifier and heated tubing, a mask fitted to you, and a starter set of filters, set up and working before we leave your home.
Included with every purchase: a licensed respiratory therapist.
A licensed RT delivers your machine, fits your mask, and stays reachable afterward. You're not just buying equipment, you get a professional too.

09
The brand most sleep labs recommend first.
ResMed is an Australian medical device company and one of the most widely trusted names in sleep therapy worldwide, built on decades of engineering focused specifically on respiratory care. Their AirSense and AirCurve lines are known for quiet operation, reliable auto-adjusting pressure, and humidification that actually holds up night after night.
Respyre carries the ResMed lineup for exactly that reason: it is the premium standard our clients trust, and the one we are proud to set up in their homes.

14
AirCurve 10, three modes
Chosen by your physician, not guessed at.
VAuto
Auto-adjusting bilevel. The pressure adapts breath to breath, easing off as you breathe out and building back in as you breathe in, so there's less to push against on the exhale.
IPAP / EPAP
4-25 / 4-25 cmH₂O
Backup rate
None — pressure only
ST
Spontaneous/timed. The machine follows your own breathing first, and steps in with a scheduled breath only if a pause runs longer than expected.
IPAP / EPAP
4-25 / 3-25 cmH₂O
Backup rate
Fixed, set by your physician
ST-A
Spontaneous/timed with iVAPS. Builds on ST by tracking your breathing continuously overnight and adjusting both the pressure and the backup rate on its own to keep it steady.
IPAP / EPAP
4-30 / 3-25 cmH₂O
Backup rate
Intelligent, self-adjusting
All three run on the same AirCurve 10 hardware — the difference is entirely in how much the machine does on its own. VAuto only adjusts pressure. ST adds a safety-net breathing rate on top of that. ST-A goes further still, continuously reading your breathing and adjusting both pressure and backup rate through the night without anyone touching a dial. Mode names describe how the machine delivers pressure. Which one is right for you is a decision your physician makes, not this brochure.

Ventilation & high-flow
Mechanical ventilators and high-flow oxygen equipment, coordinated through a qualified enquiry with your physician and our RT team.

21
Mechanical ventilators & high-flow oxygen
Every requirements review includes a licensed RT.
Ventilator and high-flow needs vary case by case, so we don't publish a fixed package or price here. What doesn't vary: a licensed respiratory therapist is part of the conversation from your first enquiry, reviewing your prescription and requirements with you, coordinating with your physician, and helping you land on the right equipment before anything is quoted.
Pricing, included accessories, and rental vs. purchase terms are confirmed once your requirements are reviewed, not before.
